After your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to follow your package’s status online.

If your order has not been shipped yet, we can update the shipping address. Please contact our customer service as soon as possible with your order number.

If your item arrives damaged, please take photos and contact us within 48 hours. We will assist you with a replacement or solution immediately.
